Circular economy and sustainability are two fundamental pillars in the modern world, and companies that embody these values tend to stand out.
In this context, we chose to support SAIB, an Italian company excelling in sustainable design, to effectively communicate its values and activities through social media.
SAIB, a company within the Egger group, with a strong dedication to the circular economy, produces chipboard panels made exclusively from reclaimed wood, demonstrating how aesthetic beauty and functionality can coexist with a commitment to sustainability.
The main challenge for SAIB was conveying its identity and core values to the public, along with the quality of its products, with the aim of increasing visibility for its daily commitment.
Sustainability, the brand's strength, while highly appreciated by the audience, requires well-thought-out communication strategies to be maximized and avoid becoming a cliché topic that everyone talks about to ride a trend.
Based on these premises, B-ond, the Hinto® group's tribe specializing in digital strategy development, managed SAIB's social media profiles. From Meta to LinkedIn, the goal was to increase brand visibility, improve content interaction, and develop messages that could resonate with the company's target audience.
Working closely with SAIB's marketing and communication department, we implemented a social media strategy by managing the editorial plan, creating and publishing content, and reporting.
Every aspect of the strategy aimed to effectively communicate SAIB's initiatives, values, and distinctive features through graphic and copy management that could give voice to the uniqueness of the brand.
The work involved sharing content related to events SAIB participated in or promoted, awards won, products created, and, of course, sustainability and circular economy themes, found not only in products but also in manufacturing processes.
In two years of management, Saib's Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn channels experienced continuous growth: annual follower increase remained steady at 25%.
Overall interaction with content improved, and the developed messages effectively engaged SAIB's target audience.
With gradual quantitative growth and qualitative improvement in the targeted audience, the adopted strategy not only increased brand awareness but also facilitated more effective and direct communication of its values and initiatives, along with the opportunity to solidify new partnerships.
