Within the Company, the data concerning you will be processed by employees of the appropriate Functions. These employees operate as Persons in Charge under the direct authority of the respective Data Processing Manager.
The website https://www.hinto.com and https://intersection-conference.eu are owned and managed by Hinto S.r.l.

2. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
DATA COLLECTED FOR THE “JOIN US” SECTION
The personal data collected through the “Join us” section of the website https://www.hinto.com, which are essentially identification and curriculum-related, will be processed solely for the purpose of verifying the competencies necessary for employment or for starting a work collaboration with Hinto®. The candidate should only provide common data (educational qualifications, personal data, work experiences) and should not include any sensitive data as outlined in Art. 4, paragraph d) of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Art. 9 of EU Regulation no. 679/16; concerning sensitive data of differently-abled workers in compliance with current legislation (68/99) regarding the placement of disabled people, it is specified not to indicate any pathology but only to possess such legal requirements.
The data will be processed exclusively by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller, and in particular, by the following categories of appointed personnel: Country Manager, Corporate HR, Corporate Support.
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data which is then implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information which by its nature could, through associations and processing with data held by third parties, allow users/visitors to be identified (e.g., IP addresses, domain names of computers used by users/visitors connecting to the site, etc.).
This data is used only for statistical information (therefore they are anonymous) and to check the proper functioning of the site and is deleted immediately after processing.
Web contact data is not kept, however, for more than seven days, except for necessary investigations of computer crimes against the site.

Under the same article, you have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
In any case, all rights and faculties granted to the subjects to whom the personal data refer are guaranteed under Articles 16 to 21 of the EU Reg. no. 679/16
